Custom tools for small business

App Building

I build apps around the way a business actually runs. I've worked inside these businesses as a driver, a salesperson and a manager, so I know where the time gets lost. Then I build the tool that gets it back.

Process

How a build goes

Spend time with the team and see where the work slows down.
Build the smallest tool that fixes it, and put it in their hands quickly.
Adjust it based on how people actually use it.
